Job Summary
Under the direction of the preschool teacher, provides care and education for preschool children of migrant and seasonal farmworker families. Responsible for continuous supervision of children, substitutes and volunteers.
Supports preschool teachers to promote developmentally and culturally appropriate practice. Ensures a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. Supports comprehensive services that meet the needs of families from diverse cultures. Assists in the planning of appropriate strategies for children's success.
