Job Title: Systems Engineer III
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and program a written sequence of operations based on mechanical drawings.
Lead and schedule commissioning efforts
Actively participate in LEED commissioning and coordination meetings
Understand the design of mechanical equipment and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent field experience.
10 + years of direct automation experience with control systems and programming required.
Working knowledge of at least three HVAC controls systems (preferably Delta, JCI or Andover)
Knowledge of mechanical systems
Ability to interface with customers at a supervisory and management level.
Engineering skills required include knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and computer programming.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer skills, understanding of controls networking.
A valid driver’s license is required.
