Qualifications:
A masters degree in counseling, social work, behavioral health, or a related field
LCSW, LPC, or related license
10+ years experience in social work, behavioral health, case management, or related.
5+ years experience supervising case managers / specialists in a behavioral health field or similar
Experience with substance abuse and twelve step programs
4+ years of management experience
What Youll Do:
Lead and inspire team members by directly managing a variety of roles including case manages, support specialists, coordinators, and security officers.
Act as the day-to-day operation leader managing teams of caregivers and working with participants.
Benefits:
Salary of $115-125k per year
