DESCRIPTION
The Grocery in-store and ads (GIA) tech team owns developing customer facing physical store technology solutions at Amazon. The Senior PMT on GIA team will drive our strategy for digital signage and advertising at physical stores, setting the technical and customer experience foundations for this nascent space. Your mission will be to define the long term strategy for digital signage to develop the best-in-class customer experience for physical store customers. You will be responsible for developing the ads strategy and technical solution to maximize profitability for Amazon's physical stores. This role will manage a suite of products that enable digital signage solutions and ads. You will work across tech, business, finance, store development and store operations teams to develop cross-functional development plans to deliver on key expansion and revenue goals for business. You will be directly responsible for delivering both the product strategy and revenue goals. You will create proposals to innovate in this fledgling space, and develop and test hypotheses. You will document these learnings and present proposals to cross-functional leadership. You will build the product roadmap and work directly with UX and dev teams to build customer facing technical products.
Key job responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and advertising partners to understand their needs and priorities, define requirements, and partner with multiple teams to build and drive our tech roadmap Work backwards from the customer to define the customer experience, define the product strategy Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements Set goals, priorities, establish metrics, processes and mechanisms to ensure the highest standards are achieved
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
