You will report directly to our Offer Management Director and you'll work outof our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact shaping strategic direction, driving revenuegrowth, fostering innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintainingcompetitive advantage, optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, andensuring cost-efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create value in product portfolio by developing distinctive product planswith outstanding financial outcomes; Be proficient in VOC, research andanalysis and basic marketing toolkit [market definition and sizing,segmentation, value management, targeting and positioning, pricing].
- Ability tocommunicate the value of the offering in customer centric terms to leadcustomer to choose Honeywell offerings based on value delivered
- Frequently contributes information and ideas to the strategy formulationprocess and to the production of marketing plans and budgets.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offering management or related roles
