Position Title: Wealth Advisor Residency Program Chair
Reports To: LW Wealth Advisor
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary
In this entry-level position, wealth associates will gain exposure in many areas of the firm with the expectation that their career may advance towards that of a wealth advisor with a book of business or other LW internal team.

Engage in teambuilding and integrate into the culture of the firm
Participate in the Wealth Advisor Residency Program
Degrees and Designations
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or other business-related degree
Experience Requirement
No prior professional work experience required
Industry related internship experience is a plus

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong writing skills
Experience with a CRM Database, Document Management software, eMoney or other Financial Planning software is a plus
Skills Being Developed
Core knowledge of the wealth management industry, the fiduciary model, and wealth planning concepts
Knowledge of the firm’s wealth planning and other core systems
Knowledge of technology solutions used by the firm
Reviews, mentors, and trains CS team members
Assists and directs CS team with regards to more complex client situations
Provides consultation and recommendation to CS Manager
