Essential Functions:
Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone and work with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
Lead a team that designs, develops, and maintains data solutions. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet department objectives; monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to meet expectations.
Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to identify and build efficient data solutions.
Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics.
Build a self-service analytic capability for ad hoc reporting. Maintaining a team of functional experts to manage demand in their respective areas.
Demonstrate big thinking, orientation to details, and a well-rounded understanding of how to apply operational information into visual dashboards and reports.
Manage business requests via a governance request process using value-based prioritization to meet the needs of the business.
Perform assessment on reporting elements and develop long-term strategy for various reporting solutions.
Analyze historical operations data and market information to predict future outcomes, working at times with large and disparate data sets.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective strategies for the recruitment and retention of a culturally diverse team; lead team members using a performance support process that includes goal setting, routine feedback, and ongoing development.
Demonstrate positive leadership, promote an inclusive work environment and present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.
Exhibit positivity, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, analytics, math, engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related technical field preferred.
5+ years’ experience working in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or similar data-related functions.
1+ year’s management experience with ability to lead, manage and motivate a team to meet objectives.
SAS or similar required, SQL or similar preferred, Power BI helpful.
Ability to retrieve, manipulate and interpret data in a behavioral health or similar environment preferred.

Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment.
Strong analytical skills including proficiency in querying, analyzing and summarizing data.
Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and perform work independently.
Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
Successfully meet pre-employment drug screen, and pre-employment background requirements.
