Primary responsibility is the accurate and efficient scheduling of Interventional Radiology Services at CMC.
Representatives must use quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met.
Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and co-workers.
Triaging Interventional Radiology Orders to other facilities as needed for ease of patient scheduling.
Supports department operations.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Education
High school Diploma or Equivalent
Required Credentials, License, and / or Certifications
Customer service experience, preferably in medical field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Prior experience working with multiple physician practices to coordinate exams and obtain patient information.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task.
Special Skills & Equipment Knowledge
Extensive experience with computer systems including RIS.
3-5 years Radiology scheduling preferred
