CACI is seeking a Human Capital Analyst to provide senior level support to the Corporate Operations team within the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Aircraft Carriers in Washington, DC. This position provides direct support to senior leadership to ensure objectives under the Human Capital Strategic Plan are met enabling PEO Carriers to maintain its mission to deliver aircraft carriers on-time, ready for tasking, at an affordable cost. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be enthusiastic, forward thinking, detail oriented, and collaborative with the ability to excel on projects individually and as a team player.
What You’ll Get to Do:

Submit personnel actions for hiring, position classification, organizational changes, and general updates throughout the employee lifecycle
Review hiring packages for accuracy/completeness and submit for higher level approval
Develop/Advise hiring instructions
Assist with Rating & Interview Panel process
Advise on Workforce Development
Analyze Human Capital data and develop visualizations and metrics in multiple areas including talent management, hiring, recruiting, retention, attrition and overall workforce health
Prepare executive level briefings in support of DPM, HR, All Hands and SUPV Meetings
Maintain SharePoint, MS TEAMS, and cloud based services
More About the Role:
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of related experience
Active DoD Security Clearance
Strong HR background with knowledge of federal policies and regulations set forth by OPM, U.S. Code and the CFR
Proficient in MS Office and M365
Experience with TWMS, DCPDS and ERP
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Former Navy or NAVSEA Corporate Operations (SEA 10) Directorate or PEO experience
SHRM/HRCI certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform specifically Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
