General Summary:
The Senior Travel & Expense Business Analyst position is responsible for the Concur application as an administrator, reviews travel expense data for compliance, the T&E accounting process and providing great customer service for Campbell North America employees. These responsibilities include using the Concur system for various reporting, audit rules, accounting entries and the IDEA tool for quarterly audits. This role also serves as a company contact for T&E policy and credit card questions/assistance. This person will interact with 4 other T&E team members and report to the Manager of T&E at World Headquarters in Camden, NJ.
Principal Accountabilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the functionality of Concur including but not limited to assisting employees weekly with expense reporting assistance, configuration changes and Concur reporting requirements.

Review the quarterly expense data using the IDEA tool as well as document and communicate findings.

Assist in the broker commission process creating monthly accruals, payments and researching differences along with other requests as they are submitted.

Review the log of aged T&E expenses > 75 days and email employees to remind them their expense report needs to be completed.

Review the monthly T&E accounting accrual and extract file accounting entries. Research any errors and provide a timely resolution to team members.

Create desk-top procedures (DTP’s) for the work-duties being performed as well as review and approve the DTP’s. In addition to this, create and maintain certain T&E documentation/videos as training materials to act as a guide for employees to utilize when using Concur.

Perform Wells Fargo corporate credit card administrator tasks which include increasing credit limits, removing merchant category codes and researching declines.

Perform Wells Fargo Purchasing credit card (P-card) administrator tasks which include increasing credit limits, removing merchant category codes and researching declines.

Review and approve bi-weekly payroll deductions for T&E.

Provide escalation support for resolving urgent and time sensitive requests.
Job Complexity:
- Manage the issuance of the company credit card as well as credit card transaction reporting.
- Review payroll deductions for personal T&E expenses.
- Assist in the broker commission process and understanding the functionality of SAP rebates.
- Primary source of knowledge of Concur and the IDEA tool. Provide training as requested.
- 1st point of escalation for T&E issues.
- Establish clear defined standard operating procedures for Concur Administration; streamline processes and communicate within the business as needed.
- Must possess the ability to analyze the process and programs and make recommendations and ensure changes are executed.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelors degree required.
Length of Experience: 2 years of T&E experience and Concur strongly preferred.

Other: Must possess strong customer service and problem solving skills, have the ability to prioritize and work independently as well as work on urgent issues when they arise.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Programs.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through to resolution on issues.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish value-added working relationships with internal and external customers.
Working Conditions
- This position will work in a company headquarter (Camden, NJ) 3 days a week, Tuesday thru Thursday and from home Monday and Friday or Hanvoer Plant Monday thru Friday.
- Office environment with heavy computer work.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$61,800-$97,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
