We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for our Utilities Consulting Division.
We are seeking a highly skilled Electric Utility Business Analyst who possesses a deep understanding of how engineering drawings are created, shared, and viewed across multiple departments within a utility company. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the entire project lifecycle, from the initial stages to completion, and will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between various stakeholders involved in a project.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand the creation process of engineering drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient sharing and viewing of engineering drawings across different departments, optimizing collaboration and communication.
Analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks in the drawing sharing process, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Act as a liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of engineering drawings.
Utilize analytical tools and software to track the progress of projects, identify risks, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to engineering drawing processes in the electric utility sector.

Qualifications
