Job Description
Project Manager:
Must have experience managing commercial projects from ground up, tenant improvement construction
Actively participates in the construction process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.
Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.
Maintains RFI's and submittals
Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
Maintain and distribute project documentation
Field operations and safety

The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate:
8-10+ years experience in Construction industry
Commercial project experience required
Ability to develop strong relationships with key subcontractors
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
Based in the OC or LA area - will be required to go into OC office 3-4 times a week with travel to LA projects on an as needed basis
