This position ranks at the Program Director level and reports directly to the Grant Director. The Program Director oversees the activities of the grant, working closely with the Grant Director. Essential Functions
Budget/ Fiscal Responsibility:- Work closely with the Finance Manager (FM) in the development of budget projections for each fiscal year- Closely monitor all expenditures and evaluate requests for expenditures, in conjunction with the Finance Manager (FM) - Budget oversight for the grant, including retreats and other gatherings, in collaboration with the Finance Manager (FM) - Answer inquiries and receive requests regarding expenditures. General Office and Project Management:- Works closely with Senior Director (SD) on project management and deliveries that impact the Brehm Center as a whole- Create and maintain project management timelines- Required attendance at weekly Brehm project management meetings, preparation of updates to share with the team, required attendance at monthly Brehm team meetings- Oversee outside contract work, including web design, artists, musicians, scholars, and other contracted individuals, such as collecting Independent Contractor forms, invoices, and related forms- Research and secure licensing rights/permissions, including copyright management and contracts as needed- Develop and enact all aspects of event planning needs, including contacts with churches andother external organization partners- Provide general administrative assistance to the Grant Director (GD), including such things as calendaring and travel support- Develop research projects, utilizing appropriate technical tools, managing maillists, and other related needs- Serve as a coordinator and voice within the grant advisory group, including attendanceat retreats and other official events and gatherings, either online or in person. Communications and Outreach:- Supervise all communication for the various initiatives of the grant project- Facilitate communication and cooperation with Senior Director and other Fullerdepartments (e.g., Alumni Relations, Office of the President, etc) - Create all publicity needs for events and programming- Develop and maintain grant project mailing lists- Facilitate creation of all email and print documents for all programming- Create, manage, and maintain all website information in cooperation with web designcompany and Grant Director (GD) - Collaborate with graphic and web designers to develop marketing brand and assets, working closely with the Senior Director (SD) in marketing, communications, and outreach. Knowledge and Skills Required:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Minimum five years of experience in project management or administration- If Project Director (PD) is not an official title held in past experience, demonstration of detail-oriented skills will be requested. This may be demonstrated by sharing with us how past projects have been managed, with information related to things such as remaining within budget and a determined timeline. Management tools and evaluation methods is also requested- Basic knowledge of music is required in order to handle and manage musical scores- A level of interest and passion for the core values of the project, which are the needs and opportunities related to children, Christian worship, prayer, and the arts- Ability to create and manage digital musical platforms, such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.- Excellent computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google. Apps, Adobe Acrobat, and knowledge of or ability to learn Qualtrics, Asana, HTML, basic graphicdesign, and audio/visual editing- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to edit written material- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work with multiple, high prioritydemands- Strong interpersonal skills. Additional Remarks:- Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards- This position is available for hybrid work (reporting to the Pasadena, CA campus) or remote work subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary.
