The Boeing Company is looking for a SSL Integration Lead to join our team in El Segundo, CA.
This position will coordinate and provide support to conduct environmental testing. This role will mainly collaborate with System Simulation Lab engineering and internal customers.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Mid-Level and Senior level SSL Integration Leads.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to plan product testing, test support requirements and acquire equipment, test materials, fixtures, articles and vehicles
Maintains test documentation that supports regulatory requirements
Monitors test progress and test configuration/instrumentation; ensures configuration of test article/facility is returned to pre-test condition
Develops, creates, and maintains test documentation that supports regulatory requirements
Gathers data as requested in support of long-range planning and forecasting
Works under general direction
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Level
Coordinates and guides product test planning, assessment of test capabilities and leads activities to ensure availability of test equipment, materials, fixtures and vehicles
Performs analysis of general test capabilities to assess site needs for long-range planning and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with creating and documenting test plans/procedures, performing tests, analyzing results, and/or creating test reports
1+ years of experience performing thermal testing (radiant or thermal VAC)
1+ years of experience working with vibration and acoustic testing
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience as a lead, a supervisor, or a manager
An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
An Associates’ degree or higher
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range for associate level: $51,000-$69,000
Summary pay range for mid-level: $59,500-$80,500
Summary pay range for senio level: $68,000-$92,000
