Partner Manager, Emerging Sales at Walmart Connect

Since growth in our digital advertising business is key to Walmart’s overall strategy, we're excited to grow and open up this opportunity to join a high-visibility "startup" team within the largest company in the world.
As a Partner Manager in Emerging Sales you will serve as a consultative advertising account executive to Walmart's small to medium suppliers. You will also have the unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners like Merchant leaders and Marketing Support to bring to life full-funnel digital performance advertising solutions for brands across categories you will own. Your data-driven and consultative approach to sales and growing business relationships will be the key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers.

- You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising competitive landscape, trends, and business models.
- You have a track record of building relationships and consulting with clients on optimal solution implementation – through service, education, and support.
- You reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
- You have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics.
- You work well in a changing, ambiguous environment, and utilize your problem solving skills to move the business forward
- You are a mentor and coach to upcoming sales professionals in your organization
Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions, Search, DR, performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background
- 3+ years’ experience managing SMB accounts
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics, small businesses, automated hands-on-keys platforms [self-serve, DSPs, API partners]
- Deep knowledge of measurement & analytics used to evaluate performance
- Ability to manage a high volume of advertiser accounts
Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $214,500
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.?
