The E-Commerce Operations Lead assists the E-Commerce Supervisor in the efficient operation of the Goodwill’s E-Commerce account operations and leads staff to achieve established goals for sales, production, customer service, payroll, safety and expense control.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining inventory rotation schedules.
- Processes orders and shipping of goods.
- Provide E-Commerce operations team with customer feedback.
- Responds to customer questions and resolves concerns as needed.
- Maintains structural, electrical and equipment of operation as needed.
- Leads and encourages staff.
- follows-up.
- Coaches and counsels staff.
- Master of operations production flow.
- Administers seller side of E-Commerce sales channels.
- Administers NOS inventory management system.
- Performs daily Operations Associate duties as needed.
- Loads and unloads trucks.
- This job assists in supervising 5-7 staff.
Education & Experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- 1-2 years of e-commerce experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
- Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
- Adheres to Goodwill’s values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel and E-mail.
- Background and drug screen required.
