Job Abstract

RRMOR is requesting an Administrative Nurse I for Spine. This nurse will be a service line leader. This role will involve scrubbing and circulating for Spine cases. The nurse service line leader will manage DPC (doctor preference cards), training of nurses and surgical technicians into the service, and provide information and needs of the service to the assistant managers and OR Director. This nurse will work closely with the AN I for Neurosurgery and extend leadership and expertise into the evening shift hours. The Administrative Nurse I is responsible for assisting with clinical management and administrative coordination of the unit. The position is a combination of clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities.

Salary range: $63.87-$92.79 Hourly

We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:

• Current California RN license required.
• BSN or MSN required.
• BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.
• At least 3 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• Skills in setting priorities, organizing workload effectively, and integrating multiple assignments with multilevel personnel.
• Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis
• Ability to perform historical, physical, and behavioral patient assessments
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans actively involving patients, family, and staff.
