At Empire Today, our Empire for Business (E4B) Sales & Operations team, handles the business to business (B2B) sales, and in coordination with the Empire Residential team, the installation of residential and commercial flooring products to businesses ranging from small offices, property managers, education / government, large business chains, hospitality, healthcare, and restoration.
Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager sets the bar at Empire Today by leading our dynamic team of Business Development Representatives. They are responsible for managing the regional and local sales aspects of the commercial markets by providing the vision necessary to have lead management and representatives in place to effectively achieve the market’s commercial revenue and profitability objectives. While working closely with marketing and other top executives to develop pricing strategies, the Regional Sales Manager identifies early market, industry, and customer trends to boost productivity of the sales force.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Have experience developing customer service/quality programs
- Verifiable retail operations management experience.
- Highly organized, strong analytical skills, and ability to use business key metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
