Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of electronic files
Process all badging requirements (New, Renewals, Drivers, Customs, Escort etc.)
Respond to inquiries by phone, email and in person
Administer/track pre-employment tests
Maintain all logs and run reports as necessary
Process employment verifications as needed
I-9 verification and maintenance
Process new hire/termination paperwork
Job Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple tasks at once is required
Must be detail oriented, dependable and organized
Must have a pleasant disposition and have the ability to work with the general public and all levels of management and employees
Must have and maintain a professional appearance
Effective problem solving skills
1+ years experience in a Human Resources or Administration
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid security badge issued by Los Angeles World Airports.
Must have a valid driver's license
Education
College Degree in Administration or related field preferred
High school diploma
