Job Abstract

The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking exceptional candidates to serve a leadership role as Deputy Management Programs, Health Services (UC) - Chief Analytics Officer, Health Services. The Chief Analytics Officer, Health Services will be a proven leader with demonstrated capabilities who have leveraged analytics strategies to identify new organizational opportunities. The successful candidate will develop and implement a forward-thinking, compelling analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver strategic, tactical, and operational solutions with powerful organizational insights.

This person will be an enabler of patient care and operational transformation by leveraging analytics to empower decision-making and discovery. This includes overseeing the use of analytics to create a broad range of business intelligence models, including those used for regulatory and pay-for-performance purposes. This role will work to enhance analytics-informed decision-making and ensure that the enterprise has appropriate access to tools and technology to drive the adoption of analytics-driven decision-making and improve data literacy.
