About the Position 

Goodwin Living is seeking a career-orientated Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join our growing HR team. The Benefits and HRIS Specialist will primarily support the Benefits Manager in the administration of benefits and the HRIS database ADP, and compensation.

Job Duties

• Full life cycle insurance benefit management
• Consultation and guidance to TMs regarding benefits
• Education and communication of benefits, with group and individual orientation sessions and benefit reviews
• Maintaining ADP database 
• Process benefit invoices
• Audit records for accuracy

Job Requirements 

• Experience as an HR Specialist in Benefits/HRIS/Compensation, or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Power Point
• Experience in ADP preferred
