JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Entertainment is looking for a Freelance Room Producer to join our growing team. As the Freelance Room Producer, you will oversee various production functions.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the receipt of all audio materials from the creative team
Communicate daily with agents/managers to book VO talent
Arrange scripts and check the accuracy of tags/tune-in marketing
Direct VO talent as it pertains to tone and timing (in-person and remotely)
Supervise audio mix sessions and work closely with the mixers, finishing crew, and creative teams to ensure promos are qc’d properly and delivered according to spec
Archive scripts, handle AFTRA forms and other paperwork associated with each session and subsequent VO talent payment
Acquire auditions and demos from agencies and select voice-over talent for new shows, specials, and presentations
Create a harmonious work atmosphere where all team members feel valued, included, and respected
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must have strong computer skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to quickly and confidently problem-solve
Capability to multi-task, and have a keen attention to detail
Must be highly organized and motivated to work in a creative environment
Ability to work calmly and function positively and productively in a busy, high-pressure environment
