The Role and What You’ll Do:
As a Group Creative Director, you are the tireless creative force leading the team to create work that is the envy of the industry. You are a client whisperer and champion of innovative creative solutions, with a never settle attitude. You create the environment for great ideas to thrive and for creatives to do the best work of their lives. You are a proven leader who motivates, inspires, and drives progressive creative. As a creative and strategic thinker with an outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-level results, you embody bold innovation, passion, and optimism. You possess superb verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional presentation skills.
As a creative athlete, you are responsible for setting the vision for how the brand’s we work with will show up across every touch point (including developing content for digital, social, and above-the-line), print, experiential, OOH, and more). While managing and motivating creative teams, this position knows how to tell stories on any platform that drives engagement and delivers results. You have a pulse on creative trends in marketing and more importantly in culture and a creative sensibility that extends across genres. The right person in this role will love working in partnership with the strategy and account teams, lead productive brainstorming, and drive the storytelling for inspiring client presentations. You love to mentor and grow the next generation of creative leaders and lead by example with your killer craft. Finally, you are a builder and are motivated at this point in your career to be a part of the next frontier of marketing by leveraging the power of the Endeavor network.

You Have These :
- 15+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Degree in graphic design, English, marketing/communications or similar field
- Be fearless and not afraid to fail
- A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas
- A professional attitude and an openness to receiving and giving feedback that commands the respect of colleagues and clients
- Exceptional visual and written storyteller
- Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary creative teams to success
- The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
- The ability to lead and adapt to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$172,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$230,000 annually
