Physical Therapist- St. Joseph Health System Home Care Services

Schedule: Monday- Friday with 1 weekend day a month

Location: Riverside and Corona areas

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines.
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home Health experience.
• 1 year Experience as a Physical Therapist.
