Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with with a non-profit senior living and care organization in Northern Virginia to identify an IT Onboarding Coordinator to join the team. As an IT Onboarding Coordinator, this individual will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless integration for new staff members into the company's technical ecosystem. Collaborating closely with HR and hiring managers, this role is pivotal in providing the necessary IT resources and guidance. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process for new hires
Manage user accounts in various systems including Active Directory and MatrixCare
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment issued to employees
Liaise with IT staff to ensure timely set up of IT equipment to employees
Offer assistance to new employees during their initial days, ensuring smooth setup of accounts, hardware, and software
Assist new employees with computer login, password reset, and accessing essential tools like Outlook email and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications/Background Profile:
High school diploma with 1-2 years relevant work experience required
Experience in Human Resources or Administrative Assistance preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
