Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Long Beach – Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital

Department: OPSC Children’s Village – Pulmonology

Status: Full Time

Shift: Days (8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday)

Pay Range*: $53.18 - $73.57

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

One year of RN experience in Pediatric Clinic preferred.
Completion of pre-employment drug screening.
Completion of pre-employment criminal background reference check.
Completion of pre-employment health evaluation including TB screening and annual or bi-annual re-evaluation as indicated by Employee Health.
One-year minimum experience in pediatric and/or women’s hospital preferred.
The RN must be able to comply with every other weekend work commitment as well as be available to work and be scheduled any day of the week.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

BSN required unless waived by nurse executive council review.
Graduated from an accredited nursing program unless otherwise approved by the Nursing Executive Council (NEC).*Approved accrediting bodies include: ACEN and CCNE others must be approved by NEC.
California Registered Nursing (RN) License required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Card required
