Position Summary:
Provides support as the primary contact and liaison on matters related to vendor management and related activities and instrument delivery and returns. Maintains accurate vendor database, monitors vendor facility access, compiles data in response to requests, maintains instrument and supplies inventory, and prepares reports, documents and provides other administrative support as needed.

Salary Range:
Hourly Rate Minimum $27.34 Midpoint $33.26 Maximum $39.18
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Minimum two years prior administrative office experience
Ability to maintain flexibility and work well in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Working knowledge of instrument tracking system, vendor management system, EPIC, and scrub accounts
Two years experience in a healthcare setting
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
