Job Description Do you like to make critical decisions in support of the national security strategy of the United States? If you want to use your analytic skills and operational mindset to help protect America, our citizens, and interests, we need YOU! Opportunities are available for skilled mission managers to use your technical, operational, and military experience to develop actionable intelligence for U.S. Intelligence Community members. These positions allow you to use your problem-solving mindset and play a critical role in interpreting data for the customer, to be used in making the best decision for implementing our national security strategy. As a mission manager, you will analyze complex situations, develop actionable intelligence, provide briefings, and support the customer's mission to protect the nation.
This opportunity will allow you to develop your expertise using raw intelligence from multiple sources to assist the customer in understanding the operational battlefield and threats therein. You will be part of a team effort in this endeavor, validating information from multiple INTs and creating packages to inform the customer. Each member is a mentor to the others, so there is plenty of on-the-job training to provide a solid foundation and build upon your skills. You will have direct leadership opportunities for leading mission partners in an around-the-clock operational environment. Opportunities for travel do exist.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree, plus three (3) years'experience in the operational community, or High School diploma, plus five (5) years'experience
- Five years’ experience working in a professional environment, leading people
- Demonstrated experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments
- Knowledge of the customer’s life cycle and operations, how to support them and assist in execution
- Ability to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Confidence to deliver clear and concise briefings
- Ability to travel overseas for short-term needs
- Willingness to work a rotating shift
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing
- Previous management or program leadership experience
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
