The Professional Staffing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for the maintenance and recording of transactional data in the HRIS system and providing support and maintenance for compliance in employee records according to HR Standards. Also serves as the primary point of contact for medical group compliance audits Responsible for managing annual medical group items such as Outside Activities, Medical Staff dues, Performance Evaluations, Shareholder Documents, etc. This position is also responsible for creating all data change forms to add/change/delete providers from coverage and administers the termination process for compliance with forms and final checks.
