Our client is a seasoned institutional fund manager and operational partner based in the United States. Their expertise lies in revitalizing and developing various real estate assets including data centers, residential, industrial, and office spaces. They have a direct hire opening for an Asset Management Associate to work closely with the Senior Vice President of Asset Management to oversee the financial, operational, and implementation aspects of value-add transactions within the company’s portfolio.

Responsibilities
Conduct complex financial analysis modeling for portfolio assets.
Develop and maintain Argus and Excel valuation analysis models on a quarterly basis.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process, mid-year reforecasts, and quarterly cash flows in collaboration with accounting, construction, and property management teams.
Perform ad hoc property-level analysis for leasing, investment strategy, debt tracking, recapitalizations, refinancings, and dispositions.
Monitor and analyze return performance against underwriting for informed investment decisions.
Engage in regular discussions with property management and leasing teams regarding operations and market trends.
Assist in weekly communication updates with operating partners on asset performance and approval requests.
Manage financial planning, analysis, reporting, and fund administration.
Participate in due diligence processes during asset disposition or refinancing.
Qualifications
Experience with Argus and financial modeling required, Yardi experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; preferred disciplines include math, real estate, business finance, or economics.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 2 years as an analyst.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
Demonstrated experience in office/multifamily financial modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
