Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Review and enter incoming invoices into Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains), ensuring accurate coding, posting dates, and proper approvals
• Process check runs, including checks, credit cards, and ACH payments, while paying invoices on time and taking advantage of discounts where possible
• Maintain an updated Vendor Master List with accurate information, including addresses, payment terms, and W9 forms
• Perform 3-way matching for purchase order-related invoices to ensure accuracy
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes, including 1099 forms and other year-end tasks
• Scan and maintain organized accounts payable files, ensuring all transactions have proper backup documentation
• Review employee expense reports and patient refund claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Handle communication with vendors, resolve payment issues, and provide excellent customer service
• Perform general clerical accounting work, such as depositing checks, updating cash logs, and sorting paychecks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems
• Knowledge of principles and methods of financial record keeping
