The Quotation Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with sales and marketing. The position is responsible for reviewing quote accuracy to produce customer quotations through our CPQ Commerce quoting system for Patient Monitoring, Neurology and Ventilation.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
- Responsible for the timely processing of sales quotes and adhering to our 24 to 48-hour turnaround timeframe
- Follow the escalation paths to ensure turnaround commitment is met
- Review quotes for accurate configuration and pricing prior to approval
- Make sound and accurate judgements based on product knowledge
- Assist Account Executives with edits to the quote as needed
- Provide Account Executives instructions and/or training documents though the Commerce system when requested
- Partner with internal teams such as Design, Networking, Product Managers, CITS, Finance, RVP Managers, and others, to obtain project costs or approvals when required
- Maintain close communication with all sales and management teams
- Obtain and maintain all approval and pricing information
- Manage the Quoting Team inbox and provide timely responses
- Resolve or appropriately escalate questions, requests, complaints, and problems
- Recommend more efficient and proficient processes
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need
Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience Required
- 2-3 years of equivalent office/administrative experience.
- Quoting experience preferred.
- Level and compensation depends on experience, education and skills
Competencies Required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Salesforce, SAP, and or Commerce preferred
- Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and have ability to multi-task
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $19.00 to $28.00. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions
Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT., Monday Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company's discretion.
Physical: May require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
