Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI (with CI Poly Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of experience or a Master's with 10 plus years of experience.
- Some Business Development and Capture experience, knowledge of selling technical solutions (i.e., Cybersecurity), with ability to both assist developing a qualified new business pipeline and winning new business.
- Familiarity and awareness of Federal and Intelligence Community based Cybersecurity Executive Orders, Publications, and Strategies (i.e., CNNSi 1253, NIST 800-37, Executive Order 14028, Intelligence Community Data Strategy) to influence account strategies.
- Experience working across functional areas to provide input and recommendation on account growth strategies and plans.
- Existing meaningful relationships and extensive knowledge of target organizations and the Department of Defense (DoD), Federal and Civilian (FedCiv), and Intelligence Community (IC).
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations, policies, and contract vehicles, with experience and demonstrated success in direct award process.
- Knowledge of Government contracting, current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors (Federal GWACs/IDIQs/BPAs /OTAs).
- Experience building a quick and accurate insight of competitors and competitor behaviors in target markets.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting and communicating with CXO level staff.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Possess an ability to create, edit and manage high-quality content that is clear, on-point, and professional.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
