Overview The IIM Sales Business Consultant III is a commissioned sales position. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team in securing deals and contracts by providing expert analysis and recommendations to clients. The Sales Business Consultant III is responsible for delivering compelling presentations and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and support future business opportunities. Ensuring customer satisfaction: Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the proposed solution and to resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications Education Requirements Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience Experience Requirements 7+ years of experience in complex sales 7+ years of experience with Content Management, Automation, or related software platform 7+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements in a specific industry or solution Technical knowledge: General understanding of the technology we deliver and how it can be applied to meet business requirements. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, gather data and make recommendations. Communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting solutions and business recommendations. Presentation skills: Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders. Business acumen: Understanding of business processes, trends and market conditions to be able to make informed recommendations.
