This position is ideal for individuals who excel in data analysis, reporting, problem solving and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for setting up new styles in ERP and will contribute to launching new seasons on time by coordinating with their cross functional partners. They will also support accuracy of product data within ERP/PLM, lead continuous improvement activities to achieve best practices, proactively communicate with cross functional partners on product data issues and make necessary adjustments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for style setups and verifying data integrity in PLM before integrating into ERP.
- Document and resolve issues regarding integrating styles from PLM into ERP.
- Maintain and update excel templates used for ad hoc style creation and tiered pricing (within all the Company’s 5 current Divisions – USA, Hong Kong, Sweden, Australia and Mexico).
- Helps ensure product data consistent at style master, color, and variant level. Requires strong knowledge of all required master data components originating from PLM and other sources.
- Communicate product data changes to all relevant teams.
- Create reports that can be refreshed using data extracts to maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot cross-functional team member ERP issues caused by master data fields.
- Work with cross function team to update, fix, and enhance ERP functions related to style setup and product data fields maintenance.
- Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will ensure the accuracy of style setup and product data field maintenance.
- Manage the Master Data inbox which supports Operations, Planning, Forecasting, HK Sourcing Office, Retail, Customer Service, Finance, Sales and Product Development teams with any troubleshooting related to style creation and maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in demand planning, data analysis, or related role
- Dynamics and ERP System experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Consumer Product industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PAY RANGE: $60,000- $70,000 plus bonus
