Burmese Administrative Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Following up with smaller scale accounts on proposal statuses (price increase/new product launch proposals, etc.).
Requesting floor plans and other documents as necessary from clients for new openings and forwarding them to internal departments accordingly.
Following up with multiple departments including Legal & Compliance Dept. to ensure opening dates are met on time.
Pulling product list with UPCs/Retails from the intranet as necessary.
Following up with the field team on client/customer complaints and ensuring response is received.
Assist department Account Managers with administrative tasks like printing out and bind/package “Business Review Presentations” to help present to the clients during any in-person meetings.
Participate in meeting calls with clients and department meetings as needed.
Burmese Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
MUST speak and understand Burmese
Must have administrative background experience
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
