Role Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Fair Employment Training Programs will be responsible for supporting the development, execution and monitoring of global fair and respectful workplace training and initiatives.
Job Duties
Develop, implement and deliver innovative respectful workplace and other employment-related training programs for in-person and online audiences across the Company
Partner with Legal and HR stakeholders to support training efforts of third-party production companies on scripted and unscripted productions
Assist with development and execution of best-in-class systems and processes to ensure accurate assignment and completion of training
Organize, review and analyze training metrics for insights on business needs and strategic planning
Support VP, Fair Employment Training Programs and Positive Employee Relations teams on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Organization Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations or Human Resources or equivalent experience

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
