Operational Technology Cyber Engineer
Key Role:
Coordinate and conduct cybersecurity assessments, security design engineering, and threat monitoring of non-IT systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), physical systems, or embedded systems. Apply advanced project management and extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor or supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Engineering, Security, or IT
Experience with ICS or Operational Technology
Experience with cybersecurity functions, including risk management, vulnerability assessments, security assessments, strategy and program development, network architecture designs, and monitoring solutions
Experience with security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentications systems, log management, and content filtering
Ability to analyze and suggest recommended improvements to the ICS programs and systems to meet industry standards and best practices
Ability to create cybersecurity documentation, including security plans and procedures
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
IAT Level II Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
