Reporting to the Sr. Director Human Resources, this position is accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data in the organization's HR systems, as well as ensuring proper file management protocols are followed. The Compliance Manager may interact with senior leadership and have exposure to highly sensitive information, requiring exceptional tact, diplomacy, and discretion. The scope of duties for this role is broad and requires substantial judgement and initiative to resolve unique challenges and to provide recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills

Understand operational impact and application of healthcare laws and regulations to the organization and internal departments, and how to take appropriate action to mitigate risk posed by these regulations
Required Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related; or equivalent
3-4+ years of experience working in human resources
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in Human Resources
Prior experience working with external regulatory entities
Preferred:
Master’s Degree
Healthcare compliance certifications
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
Prior experience implementing and overseeing healthcare regulatory requirements at manager level
