Leads a design team for multiple potable water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution design projects, overseeing the preparation of design plans and specifications\t
Plans, directs, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned staff, including conducting performance evaluations and career development profiles\t
Coordinates internal and external resources, including consultants, to ensure timely completion of design projects, collaborating closely with asset management staff, operations, customer service, and water quality staff\t
Prioritizes design projects, monitors project schedules and budgets, and implements corrective actions as necessary\t
Ensures the design team meets schedules and budgets for all water supply and distribution design projects\t
