Job Summary
Under direction, to perform skilled work in assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures pertaining to heating, water, and drainage systems; to perform semiskilled and skilled duties in other maintenance trade areas; and to do other related work as required or assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience at the journeyman level in a building maintenance trade area desired by the district.
A new employee will be placed on Step A $30.92 per hour, this is non negotiable.
