Job Summary
Under direction of an administrator, to perform skilled work in inspecting, maintaining, and replacing filters and perform minor preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in order to maintain efficiency and mechanical integrity of HVAC units to perform semiskilled and skilled duties in other maintenance trade areas.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
one (1) year related work experience.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent education must be attached to all applications.
