Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process. Offer advice and recommendations on appliance usage, care, and maintenance to prevent future issues. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information. Prepare service reports and update the internal database with accurate and up-to-date information. Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources for efficient repairs and maintenance. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances.
