Responsibilities:
Act as the point person for customer inquiries regarding company products
Assist with intricate issues escalated by other departments and from distributors and customers
Address customer product queries through calls, emails, and chats to resolve any concerns
Document and log all relevant information to understand and track reoccurring issues
Investigate problems by reviewing support notes and gathering details from customers
Refer to SOP and training materials to suggest and provide solutions
Work with staff to provide suggestions on training materials and updates that can be made
Stay informed about current products, service, policies and terms within the organization
Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Exceptional customer service skills
A bachelor's degree in biology or life sciences is strongly desired
Familiarity with scientific research protocols
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule and be onsite in Northern Virginia.
