We seek a passionate individual eager to serve and deliver a unique and personal shopping journey for our Well Collective consumers, someone who brings an authentic voice and a desire to grow Nike’s connection with its consumers. We want you! 

AS A STORE ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL: 
-  Center the customer in your interactions by providing excellent service

-  Demonstrate enthusiasm and personal knowledge for Nike’s performance and fitness products + services

-  Approach the job with a strong desire to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom

-  Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service

-  Develop positive relationships with teammates

-  Be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events

-  Maintain knowledge of various store departments and be available to operate cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

-  Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - Full-time employees are eligible first day of employment. Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage after 12 consecutive months of continuous service.
