Great Opportunity to work for the Summer - May through October 2024

We are looking for two (2) strong Call Center/Customer Service candidates to support an employer of choice in Orange County, CA. Onsite position in Fountain Valley, CA. Hourly rate of $22/hr.

• Answer all dealer phone calls with a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate and timely parts information support to dealerships, regions, ports, and distribution centers via the toll-free Parts Hotline phone number.
• Assist and resolve urgent customer situations to prevent customer dissatisfaction
• Coordinate special order requests
• Assist and resolve issues pertaining to parts and ordering and parts returns

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of Call Center/Customer Service experience - Inbound and Outbound calls

Education:

• High School Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Additional Experience Requirements:

• AS400 Experience a plus
• Parts operations or wholesale distribution experience is preferred
