Job Description
You will partner with the SVP | GM Digital Financial Products to manage and execute operational processes and procedures for Experian Consumer Services (ECS) programs. This will include supporting existing and new products/features in the financial services industry, assisting with strategy development and execution, working with current and new operational partners; bringing a keen focus on operational excellence, legal, regulatory, and compliance implementation.

Build business strategy to drive desired business outcomes
Develop, implement and optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency and effectiveness to support core financial services products
Evaluate operational program processes, identify action items, dependencies and risks to implement sustainable and scalable solutions
Serve as SME for all operational processes across Experian programs, in support and collaboration with key partners and stakeholders – internal and external
Monitor, analyze and document performance of external partners via KPIs and SLAs, to support day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual obligations are met or exceeded
Partner cross-functionally with Experian teams (product, tech, marketing, CS, risk & compliance, legal and business leaders) to establish and align on deliverables
Focus on continuously delivering business and operational value - track, trend, analyze business metrics to drive actionable operational improvements and enhancements
Qualifications
Progressive experience with a results-oriented growth company, in consumer financial services products
8+ years of financial services, payments, financial institutions, Fintech experience with expertise in fulfilling operational and regulatory requirements
Deep understanding of financial services industry operations, systems and ecosystem players
World class operator with superior attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Passion for customers, customer experience and customer advocacy
Strong communication skills and high degree of personal excellence
