What your day-to-day will look like:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, overseeing and driving the achievement of financial and operational goals.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity, ensuring that team members are empowered to thrive and reach their full potential.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing best-in-class solutions and services.
Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to expand market share.
Leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to drive thought leadership initiatives, positioning JLL as a leader in the market.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Oversee the implementation of processes and protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
At least 10 –14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on leadership and management.
Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional financial results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and seize business opportunities.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve and exceed goals.
Proficiency in industry technologies and tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Professional certifications such as CCIM, CPM, or RICS.
Experience working in a global organization, with exposure to cross-cultural teams.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on the commercial real estate industry.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Active involvement in professional organizations and industry associations.

Estimated compensation for this position is:
250,000.00 – 300,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
