AT&T is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Manager, Communications Planning to join our team.? As the Lead Manager, Communications Planning, you will be responsible for developing communication plans across earned, owned, and paid channels that effectively communicate a message to a specific audience.  Planning may involve identifying communications tasks across the journey, understanding the target audience and cultural landscape, identifying the appropriate channels and tactics within a campaign based how creative and media best come together, and measuring its effectiveness.  

A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert, can inspire new ways of thinking within large organizations, collaborate cross-functionally and understand how to identify opportunities at both a big picture and tactical level. 

The Lead Manager, Communications Planning is responsible for planning, developing, and managing communications strategy to promote the sale of company products and further the company sales objectives by driving effectiveness against specific audiences.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the development of communications strategies to increase the profitability of company products and services through utilization of various advertising media and creative across earned, owned and paid channels. Collaborates with business unit leaders to develop and implement.  Successfully delivering on the strategy and goals through the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative multichannel customer engagement programs with strategic partners. Requires advanced knowledge of marketing communications professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Evaluates impact on strategic marketing communication planning objectives and strategies. This position is considered the foremost expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization.

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing with at least 5 year’s experience focused on Marketing Communications Planning.
