The Project Manager oversees and directs the integration of all systems within the company. Required Skills and Abilities- 3 years of formal Project Management experience; retail setting preferred.- Intermediate SAP, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, POS, Retail Management systems experiences.- Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration, and service desk administration.- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.- Demonstrated ability to translate model business process and converting requirements into business application.- Self-motivated and able to resolve tasks from origination to resolution.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.- Mandarin speaking/reading preferred. Job Duties - Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals; Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individuals responsibilities.- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget; Conducting risk assessments for projects.- Overseeing the planning, development, and integration of ERP systems.- Managing the functionality upgrades and modifications to the ERP systems; Tracking, analyzing, and resolving issues with the ERP systems.- Taking budgetary responsibility for the system's rollout and preparing to report packages for the steering committee.- Communication with management on schedules, delays, and work changes for ERP projects.- Training users on new and upgraded systems; Managing changes across the organization to ensure a gradual adoption of the systems.
